The following Wholesale Terms & Conditions are specific to Dealer Accounts only, and are set forth by M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. in lieu of our standard policies for retail purchases. The principle features are categorized below:

Dealer Access & Pricing: In order to qualify for Dealer pricing, and to access the Wholesale portion of our website, you must be logged in with an approved account. Dealer prices and information pages are not visible to the public. Purchasing online helps ensure the speed and accuracy of your order, as well as providing you with an immediate, printable PDF order confirmation.
To log into your account, simply go to any page at SHIPCANVAS.COM and click the top upper right hand corner where it says “Log in”. Enter your email address and password.
Order Handling & Lead Times: Timely shipment is part of our commitment to you. Online purchases receive immediate confirmation by e-Mail, and are normally shipped in 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri, except holidays). Online tracking is provided the same day your order is shipped. For quantities of 25+ bags, or custom project inquiries, please e-Mail or call us at 1-800-758-6979.
Flat-Rate USA Shipping: There is a single $15 Flat-Rate shipping fee applied to each wholesale invoice, regardless of the size of the order. Optional upgrades, such as expedited shipping, may be available at the checkout page.
International Shipping: International shipping rates, including service to Canada, are calculated in the shopping cart and are still subject to the $15 Flat-Rate shipping fee. If the calculated total seems excessive or incorrect, please contact us for a re-quote and/or correction.
Payment Options: When logged into your Dealer account, orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We also accept PayPal, Amazon and Apple Pay. All online payments are collected in USD. Please note that SHIPCANVAS.COM is a secure (SSL) website with 256-bit encryption protocols on our hosted payment gateways. All transactions are processed behind a secure firewall; When using our standard payment gateways, M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. does not store your credit card information.
Deferred Billing Option: If you prefer to be charged only *after* your order has been completed and is ready to ship, we require that a signed Credit Card Authorization Form be kept on file for your account. When checking out, please select the "Deferred CC Billing" option at the payment page, then press "Complete Order" to finalize the order.
Company Checks / Money Orders: To pay by Check or Money Order, simply log in to your account and place the order. When checking out, please select the "Pay by Check or Money Order" option at the payment page, then press "Complete Order" to finalize the order. Mailing instructions will be posted on the confirmation page.
Lifetime Warranty: All M&B SHIPCANVAS Bags are shipped with a Lifetime Warranty Registration Card. The Warranty covers the quality of our workmanship, as well as the fitness of all hardware and materials used in the bag's construction. Warranty claims are handled directly by M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. Any bag found to be defective within the terms of our Lifetime Warranty will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) at no cost to your customer, except shipping.
Returns: M&B SHIPCANVAS CO will accept any wholesale item as a return within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date that the item was received. To be eligible for a full merchandise credit/item replacement, you must please contact us immediately and request an RMA number. Returned items must be clean, unused and in the same condition as received, with tags and packaging intact.
Note: Unless there has been an error on our part, we do not issue refunds on wholesale orders. Merchandise credits and/or item replacements are issued within 7-days after we have received and inspected the item. All outbound shipping charges are waived on replacement items.
M.A.P. Policy: M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. is committed to maintaining superior quality products in its line of seabags, ditty bags and related accessories. To ensure that we maintain this high standard and to promote the long-term success of our Dealer network, we have developed the following Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) Policy for our Dealers:
The M.A.P. Policy applies to any form of public media and/or digital advertising, which includes but is not limited to direct mail, catalog sales, newspaper, radio and television ads, Internet promotions including website SEO, individual product listings, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, banner ads, keyword optimization and affiliate programs. Any kind of promotion that might be considered non-local, or aggregated into a nationwide index (such as a search engine), even if such exposure is unintended, must adhere to M.A.P. Policy guidelines:
- Advertised prices must not be less than 90% of MSRP (List Price) which may be amended from time to time.
- Advertisements must not make any false or misleading statements, or otherwise reflect poorly on the brand
- Copyrighted images, logos, sales copy and product descriptions remain the sole property of M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. Limited reproduction rights are granted on the basis of compliance with M.A.P. policies.
- Products must not be advertised or listed on eBay, Amazon, Etsy or other third-party "marketplace" type websites without specific, prior written approval from M&B SHIPCANVAS CO.
Understanding the M.A.P. Policy
A Dealer is free to establish their own prices according to their sole discretion - the M.A.P. Policy is only a restriction on how the product is advertised insofar as it might interfere with the brand-value of M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. products, and the ability for other Dealers to conduct business in a consistent, profitable manner.
This M.A.P. Policy DOES NOT apply to in-store pricing policies, in-store promotions, in-store signage, price tags, quotes, contracts or telephone inquiries, private mailing lists, email subscriber lists or memberships, etc. It also does not apply to special event displays (shows, markets, festivals, etc.) or direct, in-person sales of any kind.
Confidentiality: Information provided to Dealers is strictly proprietary and confidential, including materials and correspondence provided through the wholesale only portion of our website. The republishing, distribution, sharing or hacking of trade information, including wholesale prices, passwords, emails, etc. is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Responsibility: Each Dealer is solely responsible to adhere to the Wholesale Terms and Conditions set forth herein, including the M.A.P. Policy. Each Dealer is responsible for conveying these policies to any third-party reseller of M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. products to which it sells and for ensuring that any third-party reseller complies with these Terms & Conditions.
Updates: M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. reserves the right to occasionally amend or update these Terms & Conditions without notice. Dealer orders are subject to the T&C which are published and in effect at the time their order is placed.
Acceptance of Terms: Application for, or use of a Dealer account constitutes acknowledgement of these Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Abuse or non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
