Returns Policy

All Seabags & Ditty Bags by M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. are shipped with a written Lifetime Warranty which guarantees the quality of workmanship, as well as the fitness of all hardware and materials used in the bag's construction. Any bag found to be defective within the terms of our Lifetime Warranty will be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion) at no cost to the original Purchaser, except shipping.

Additionally, we provide a 30-day Returns Policy on all purchases including Seabags, Ditty Bags, Heaving Lines, Rigging Knives, Clothing Items and any other accessories or products that may be obtained through our website.

30-Day Returns Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, M&B SHIPCANVAS CO will accept it as a return for a refund and/or exchange (your choice) within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date that your purchase was received. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and packaging intact. We do not charge restock fees on new/unused items.

Exceptions:

Used/dirty/worn items are generally not refundable unless there is a problem with the item, in which case we will offer to correct the issue or replace the item at our own expense.

On items shipping to overseas destinations, we reserve the right to extend this return period from 30 days up to 45 days, in order to accommodate for extended transit times and/or delays caused by the international shipping process.

Prior to accepting your return, we ask that you please contact us first so that we can issue an RMA number, which will notify us of your intent and greatly speed up the returns process. Please tell us whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for something else. Any returned items sent to us without prior contact may be delayed.

Refunds and Exchanges: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund and/or exchange.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually 5.

Except in the case of a defective product, or a mistake on the part of M&B SHIPCANVAS CO., the Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. M&B SHIPCANVAS CO. cannot be held liable for any packages sent to us but not received.
