Order Handling:  Timely shipment is part of our commitment to you. All seabags & ditty bags are built and shipped within 3 business days (Mon-Fri, except holidays). All bags are offered with free shipping.

USA Shipping: For orders under $99, shipping costs are based on weight. Orders over $99 are eligible for free, standard shipping via the carrier of our choice (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) Other options, such as expedited shipping services, may be available at the checkout page.
Canada: Orders over $99 (USD) are eligible for free, standard shipping via the carrier of our choice (DHL, USPS, etc).* Transit times vary, usually between 8-10 business days. Depending on your location, other options such as expedited shipping, may be available at the checkout page. Please note that any duties, customs fees, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Shipping: Orders over $149 (USD) are eligible for free, standard shipping via the carrier of our choice (DHL, USPS, etc).* Transit times vary, usually between 8-15 days. Depending on your location, other shipping options may be available at the checkout page. Please note that any duties, customs fees, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*International shipping rates, including free shipping where applicable, apply to bags and small accessory items only. For bulkier items such as heaving lines, full hides of leather, woven mats, or large orders of hardware, please contact us for a shipping quote first.
Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are collected in USD, and there is no sales tax on orders (except in Florida, as required by law).
Returns: Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Our 30-day Return Policy includes stock items as well as custom built items (including custom-built bags). If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, M&B SHIPCANVAS CO will accept it as a return for a refund and/or exchange (your choice) within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and packaging intact. We do not charge restock fees on new/unused items.
