International Shipping: Orders over $149 (USD) are eligible for free, standard shipping via the carrier of our choice (DHL, USPS, etc).* Transit times vary, usually between 8-15 days. *International shipping rates, including free shipping where applicable, apply to bags and small accessory items only. For bulkier items such as heaving lines, full hides of leather, woven mats, or large orders of hardware, please contact us for a shipping quote first.
Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are collected in USD, and there is no sales tax on orders (except in Florida, as required by law).
Returns: Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Our 30-day Return Policy includes stock items as well as custom built items (including custom-built bags). If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, M&B SHIPCANVAS CO will accept it as a return for a refund and/or exchange (your choice) within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and packaging intact. We do not charge restock fees on new/unused items.
